Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time for full setup, lighting test, and a clean final presentation. We're always ready before your first guests arrive.
Can I book more than one booth?
Absolutely. We can combine multiple booths in a custom multi-booth setup — just reach out and we'll create a quote.
What if my venue has low or unusual lighting?
This is where the Sony Alpha truly shines. It's a professional camera specifically chosen for its extraordinary low-light performance — candlelit ballrooms, dramatic uplighting, outdoor evening events. It handles them all beautifully.
How are digital photos delivered?
You'll receive a private online gallery link within 24 hours of your event. All photos are full-resolution and available for unlimited download. Standard gallery access is 30 days; extended 1-year access is available as an add-on.
Can guests share photos instantly at the event?
Yes. Guests can text or email themselves photos and videos directly from the booth at the event. For the 360° booth, videos are delivered to their phones within minutes via SMS.
Do you handle setup and teardown completely?
Completely. We handle all logistics from arrival through teardown. No cords are visible during your event, and we clean up fully before we leave — no mess, no fuss.
